How the price is calculated
Each vehicle in the catalogue shows a daily rate. For longer rentals, weekly and monthly rates may apply and are better value than simply multiplying the daily rate. The website calculates your total from your dates and times.
Duration is counted in 24-hour periods from pick-up time, with a short tolerance. The summary clearly shows the daily rate, number of days, any extra fees (delivery, return, driver), the deposit and the balance.
Fees to anticipate
Depending on your choices, fees may apply: AIBD airport delivery (price by vehicle category), delivery to another address, return elsewhere than the office, or a driver. When an amount is not yet defined, the summary says "to be confirmed" rather than showing an approximate figure.
Documents to prepare
Bring a valid ID or passport and your driving licence. Precise conditions (licence age, international permit, deposit) are confirmed by the agency at booking: ask before travelling to avoid surprises.
Preparing pick-up
When you receive the car, walk around it with the agency and check the condition report: bodywork, tyres, fuel level, accessories. Keep a copy of the contract and the assistance number. Report any problem immediately.
